Famous Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksym Krippa is expanding his investment portfolio, including prestigious real estate in Kyiv and abroad, and leading Ukrainian brands in the esports and gaming industry. His assets include the legendary esports team NAVI and the developer of popular video games, GSC Game World. This is just part of the large-scale business empire he is creating.

Real estate owned by Maksym Krippa
One of the most significant acquisitions in recent years was the acquisition of control over the Parus business center in Kyiv. The owner of this facility was the company Ola Fine, the ultimate beneficiary of which is businessman Maksym Krippa. The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine approved the deal on November 30, 2023, and on December 7, Ola Fine became the founder of Parus Holding. Experts estimate this deal at $80–100 million, considering it one of the largest in Ukraine’s commercial real estate sector in recent years.
In addition, the investor purchased a luxurious estate in Kozyn, winning an auction for over 311 million hryvnias — significantly exceeding the starting price. According to assumptions, this property may become a base for the NAVI e-sports organization, which Maksym Krippa also controls.

Investments in business in the UAE
In an interview with Forbes, Maksym Krippa said that the decision to move to the United Arab Emirates in 2016 was a strategically important step. His portfolio in Dubai currently covers more than 100,000 square meters of residential, office, and development real estate and land plots near the Dubai Mall.
How GSC Game World ended up in Krippa’s portfolio
Like the NAVI e-sports club, the deal with GSC Game World was concluded in early 2020, although the official announcement was made recently due to confidentiality conditions. The studio emphasizes that the partnership did not affect their creative freedom and strategic development direction. Krippa’s business interests are focused on IT companies, startups, esports projects, including the Maincast media holding and the NAVI team, as well as real estate and development. Gambling is not included in the scope of his investments.
According to Vitaliy Volochai, head of Maincast, the first signs of Krippa’s involvement with the owners of GSC Game World became noticeable in the spring of 2023, when the company entered his investment portfolio.
